Adaptive Re-use

KIRK has been involved in the restoration and repurposing of a number of heritage listed buildings in Australia. Adaptive re-use and conservation of heritage buildings requires effort to understand the site context and take the existing buildings back to their best version, and adding new elements sensitively to respect the former character.
