• 5 years relevant work experience following successful completion of a Masters of Architecture.
• Show demonstrable experience in the production of detail design and contract documentation.
• Sound knowledge of the planning processes and building regulations in Malaysia.
• Advanced knowledge of the REVIT platform.
• Experience using Lumion.
• Good graphics skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  
• Proven ability to work intuitively and independently as well as within a collaborative project environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Cantonese will be an advantage.
• Legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
